The Color Wheel’s Class Policies
- Payment required at enrollment and can be made in person, by phone with credit card, on-line using Pay-Pal, or by mail with a check.
- Canceling, for Painting classes due to specialty of items provided for the class, pattern packets, special paper, wood items, etc. that have to be ordered a week or two ahead of time we cannot give a refund for the class. Again, we understand things happen, if you are unable to show up for class for whatever reason, call us before class starts and we will hold your materials / instructions for you to pick up later. Or, you can arrange a friend to take your place, just let us know before class. If you are a no-show, your class materials / place will be forfeited.
- Color Wheel reserves the right to canceled or reschedule a class. We will notify you promptly with any dates and/or time changes due to class rescheduling.
- Only paid class members may attend.
- No cell phone policy in our classroom.
